Pay the tax by the same deadline

Within 9 months of the end of your tax period. For a financial year ending 31 December 2025, the deadline is 30 September 2026.
Do I need to file a corporate tax return if I have no income?
Yes. Every business registered for corporate tax must file a return for each tax period, even if no tax is payable.
Do I need audited financial statements?
Audited financial statements are required for businesses with revenue above AED 50 million and for qualifying free zone persons. Other businesses can usually file based on their prepared financial statements.
What is small business relief?
Small business relief lets eligible resident businesses with revenue of AED 3 million or less be treated as having no taxable income, for tax periods ending on or before 31 December 2026. The business still needs to elect for it in its return.
